I'm Monika,

a yoga teacher who believes practice should feel clear, accessible, and genuinely helpful.

I focus on Vinyasa and also teach Hatha and Yin, adapting each session to meet your needs.

I have earned the CorePower Yoga 200-hour teaching certification plus 50-hour Yoga Sculpt.
